The Labour Department, Government of West Bengal, has officially notified the revised Minimum Wages and Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) applicable to establishments covered under the West Bengal Shops & Establishments Act, 1963.

The revised wage rates are effective from 01 July 2026 and shall remain applicable until 31 December 2026. Employers are advised to implement the revised wages promptly to ensure compliance with the applicable labour laws and statutory obligations.
